By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

AdVenture Digital assists local businesses in improving their online presence by facilitating the collection and management of Google reviews. We provide tools and services to monitor, respond to, and utilise customer feedback for promotional purposes. However, we do not guarantee specific results from our services.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information. Ensure compliance with Google’s policies and applicable laws. Not misuse or manipulate reviews in any unethical or illegal manner.
4. Limitation of Liability
AdVenture Digital is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of our services. We do not control the content of reviews, nor are we liable for any repercussions of review responses or repurposed content. Users assume full responsibility for their actions while using our services.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments for services are due as agreed upon in your service contract. We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
6. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if a user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in activities that harm our business or reputation.
7. Subscription Basis
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You may choose from various subscription plans, each offering different levels of service and features. Subscription Payments: You agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in the service agreement, which may be billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Unsubscribe Option: You may unsubscribe from our services at any given moment. However, by unsubscribing, you will lose access to all services associated with your subscription, including but not limited to AI automation, review responses, social content creation, and lead generation. No Refunds Upon Cancellation: Once you unsubscribe, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
8. Client Responsibility for Data Consent
By engaging our services, the Client confirms that they have obtained the necessary consent from their customers before sharing any personal information with us. The Client indemnifies AdVenture-Digital against any legal claims arising from the unauthorized sharing of customer data.
9. Limited Use of Data
The Client acknowledges that the shared customer data will only be used for sending Google review requests and will not be used for any other purposes.
10. Data Protection Compliance
Adventure-Digital will process all personal data in compliance with the POPI Act and implement necessary security measures to protect customer information.
